Redland May Fair

The annual Redland May Fair is an extremely popular, free, local event, at Redland Green, which is always on the first May Bank Holiday. With a wide range of stalls, activities, displays and entertainment the Redland Fair brings together thousands of fair goers.

Applications for stalls

Information about how to apply for a stall will be available from late December. If you wish to be added to our mailing list or find out more about applying for a stall then please email mayfairstalls@rcas.org.uk

The closing date for applications will be in mid February.

The Redland May Fair is a not-for-profit, free community event. Stall fees help to pay for entertainment, infrastructure and administration costs and every year
the proceeds of a bucket collection are given to a nominated charity. No alcohol is permitted at the fair.


The stall fees are set (per pitch) depending on the type of stall you are applying for 

Registered Charity stalls.
 
· the Charity must be registered and the registered number given on the application form
 

Private stall owner
 
· people who make / grow their own goods to sell.
 
· people selling second hand goods
 
· information / awareness only
 

Small Business / Traders stalls
 
· People who buy in goods to sell on
 

Catering / Children’s Rides
 
· Commercial catering
 
· Children’s Rides
