The RCAS Annual 'Gold Star' Award scheme is designed to recognise and publicise developments, of all sizes, that make a positive contribution to the appearence and amenity of our area.

The 'Green Star' award recognises that sustainable development is recognised in it's importance to have a separate category. Highlighting new developments, alterations, improvements to property and community and commercial activities that make a positive contribution to climate change concerns.
